One more fast to make the most of as Eid was declared to be on Friday 10th September in the Gulf. I am busy packing my bags ahead of my 3 week trip to South Africa, which starts tomorrow morning. During Ramadan you will find many of the take aways will set up outside offering freshly prepared futoor starters and main. Last night, being a Saturday, I opted for take out. I got myself barbeque chicken cubes with Mezzah (Toubellah, Hummus, Labnah, Zaitoon and Mattabal) from Habib Restaurant. It was the perfect satisfaction the saturday night eat out crave.
